Personal Residence

Show off your beautiful home.  Whether you are having a casual cocktail buffet or an elegant seated dinner LaCHEF Catering will handle all of the details.  Customized menus, specialty beverages, logistics, tents and décor can be provided.

Black Cat Theatre

An OFF Broadway style intimate theatre club.  Theatre capacity is 200, offering 150 plush red arm chairs and cabaret seating.  Large stage 46 x 24 for performances and presentations.  Lovely Tuscan style lobby with bar.  

Cabanne House

A St. Louis City Landmark with 14 foot ceilings, tall windows and decorative marble mantels, the mansion is a hallmark of mid-Victorian architecture of the period following the Civil War.  Situated on a wooded site near the Union Avenue entrance to Forest Park, this venue can accommodate up to 75 people for cocktail receptions and up to 44 people for seated events. The house and grounds can accommodate up to 300 for cocktail receptions.

Carousel House (Faust Park)

Located at 15185 Olive Blvd., in Chesterfield, the Faust Cultural Heritage Foundation offers a restored Carousel from the Highland Park era as the backdrop for your special events. This building has room for 180 seated guests or 250 standing guests, with a patio area that can be used for cocktails or tented space.

Center of Clayton

Located in beautiful downtown Clayton at 50 Gay Avenue, the Clayton Community Center has a three meeting/banquet rooms, reception lobby, mini arcade room and a recreational facility all available for party use.  The banquet rooms can accommodate 80-120 seated guests or up to 500 guests in the gym areas.

City and County Parks

An alternative to an indoor venue.  Enjoy the outdoors; choose from a wide variety of City and County Parks.  Perfect for picnics, corporate retreats, family reunions or casual celebrations.

Cosmopolitan Building

Antique architecture is the design for this lavish venue, which is one of the most extravagant settings for receptions; art shows business or social gatherings in downtown St. Louis.  A conference area is located on the mezzanine while the lower level hosts an antique pool and billiards table.  These features give this venue a “European Castle” feel with a unique blend of style and space for any event.

Lucas School House

Located one mile south of downtown within the former St. Lucas Church Complex in Historic Soulard, this venue exudes a rich, warm atmosphere with old world charm. There are four beautifully restored venues to choose from, all within 50 feet of each other –The Lucas Meeting and Events Center, The Lucas Club Room and The Lucas Schoolhouse with a Banquet Hall on the lower level and a Music Hall upstairs. 

Mad Art Gallery – 2727 South 12th Street

Mad Art Gallery is a unique venue for your special event. The building is a beautiful example of 1930's Art Deco architecture. The former Third District Police Station underwent an award-winning restoration to make Mad Art Gallery one of the most exciting event venues in St. Louis. Mad Art boasts 19,000 square feet of terrazzo floors and marble hallways. Everything that made it a working police station is still here for you to experience along with monthly exhibitions of contemporary art from emerging regional artists. The squad car garage was converted into the main gallery space, and at 3,800 square feet, is the one of the largest art galleries in St. Louis. The marble and bronze sergeant's desk serves as the bar for many of our events. The original jail cells are not only conversation pieces, but conversation places.

Magic Chef Mansion

The Magic Chef Mansion is a magnificently restored venue available to rent for cocktail receptions, seated dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. Magic House

The Magic is a 25,000 square foot interactive museum that can accommodate up to 500 guests of all ages. MOTO Museum

A private collection of motorcycles, obtained from over 20 countries around the globe and covering almost 100 years.  Located at 3441 Olive, just 1 block east of the Fox Theatre in Grand Center.  The industrial décor lends itself beautifully to a wide variety of events. With 5,000 square feet of dining area, this venue can seat as many as 300 people in its galleries.

Mudd's Grove

Mudd's Grove is a beautiful historic home, located at 302 Argonne in Kirkwood. With traditional double parlors, this venue is ideal for cocktails in the living room, and dining in the sitting room across the hall. The back hearth room off the kitchen is great for a bar set-up, with room inside for 50 guests, or outside with a tent for up to 200 guests.

Museum of Transportation

Housing one of the largest and best collections of transportation vehicles in the world is the Museum of Transportation. You'll also find intriguing cars, buses, and trolleys dating back to the turn of the century. They even have an aircraft or two and some interesting riverboat material to round out the presentation of the many ways things move across our vast country.  You can reserve this unique venue which has several spaces to host events from 50 – 280 guests.  

Old Court House

The Old Courthouse has remained over the past 150 years as one of St. Louis' most prominent architectural landmarks. This majestic house was preserved and transferred to the Federal government in 1940 because of its significant legacy to St. Louis history. Home of the famous Dred Scott case, the exterior of the Old Courthouse appears today much as it did in the 1870s. The rotunda interior and two courtrooms are meticulously restored and displayed. Four galleries interpreting St. Louis history occupy the two first floor wings. The Old Courthouse reminds visitors of St. Louis' past, and the city's role in westward expansion.  This historical venue can accommodate 100 guests seated or 200 ...

Pin-Up Bowl

One of St. Louis’ original bowling alley and martini lounges located at 6191 Delmar in the University City Loop.  Great event space for cocktail parties.

Rialto at the Centene Center for the Arts

One of the City’s newest venues for wedding celebrations and special events, the beautifully restored gothic building with it’s enchanted ballroom, glass atrium and roof deck terrace make any event truly memorable.  Located at 3547 Olive, just east of the Fox Theatre, the reception space can accommodate up to 500 guests.  The ballroom can accommodate 175 guests for seated events while the atrium can hold 75 guests for a seated event.

Sheldon Concert Hall

The building's 250-seat ballroom overlooks the Central West End. The room has golden hardwood flooring, a full stage and dramatic beamed ceilings with large skylights. The Spiering Room is an elegant 500-seat room with outstanding views of the Central West End and the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis. The concert hall, the ballroom, the Spiering Room, the Kemper Atrium and art galleries may be rented for concerts, corporate meetings, lectures and receptions.

St. Louis Arch

An engineering marvel, this stunning stainless steel structure rises 630 feet from the banks of the Mississippi, making it our nation’s tallest monument.  The underground Visitors Center is ideal for entertaining, with a central fountain and galleries depicting the 100 year span of westward expansion.  Your guests many choose to visit the top of the Arch for an unsurpassed view of the city.   The Gateway Arch can accommodate 500 seated guests or 850 guests for a standing reception.  Contact Rose Hoots at 314-655-1613

St. Louis City Hall

Located in downtown, this exquisite venue boasts white marble floors throughout, colored glass skylight above and a curved marble grand staircase leading to a large balcony which is perfect for cocktails.  The expansive rotunda can accommodate 250 seated guests.

Studio Inn at St. Albans

Nestled on a hillside overlooking the Missouri River and St. Albans Valley, this historic European-style Event Venue and Bed and Breakfast is rich with history and tradition.This beautiful site can accommodate large wedding ceremonies, receptions and private parties.  The outdoor garden has a tent for dining and dancing and a spectacular ceremony site with a waterfall and pond.

Thaxton

Formerly known as the Eastman Kodak Building, The Thaxton is listed under the National Registration Criterion as a rare example of the Art Deco Style.  Located at 1009 Olive in Downtown St. Louis, this venue features a lower level with an impressive Art Deco Bar and a balcony perfect for a band.  This venue can accommodate 180 guests for seated dining to 300 guests for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
